How we make your jewellery

1. Order Online - choose your design and place your order securely

2. Send Us a Small Amount of ashes or Lock of Hair - we will send you a free pack to return the ashes / hair and a ring sizer if required.

Please ensure to replace with a new 1st class LARGE letter stamp or for extra peace of mind, you may with to use tracked and signed 24 delivery with royal mail.

3. We Handcraft Your Jewellery - your custom piece is made with respect, care & love

4. Receive Your Keepsake - beautifully packaged with your authenticity certificate, and polishing cloth and sent with royal mail tracked and signed for delivery.
