Shipping Policy 
We aim to dispatch non personalised items and those that dont contain ashes, hair etc,  within3 working days (usually the next working day). These items are dispatched with a standard royal mail tracked service

For personalised items and those containing ashes hair etc we aim to dispatch with 10 working days of us receiving your inclusion pack  (with the exception to custom designs which are made to order and can be up to 8 weeks - please see item description)

Items containing ashes, hair etc are all sent by tracked and signed 48 service with royal mail (this can be upgraded to 24 service or special next day delivery if preferred).

Return Policy
For items that are personalized, such as those encapsulating ashes, hair, or other unique elements, we adhere to a policy where returns are only accepted if the item is faulty. This is due to the personalized nature of these products, which makes them unsuitable for resale.

However, for other memorial items that are not personalized and are more gift-style, we do accept returns within the standard 14-day period, provided they are returned in their original condition.

How we make your jewellery

 

1. Order Online - choose your design and place your order securely

2. Send Us a Small Amount of ashes or Lock of Hair - we will send you a free pack to return the ashes / hair  and a ring sizer if required. Please ensure to replace with a NEW 1st class LARGE letter stamp or for extra peace of mind, you may with to use tracked and signed 24 delivery with royal mail.

(please allow additional time if you are an international customer)

3. We Handcraft Your Jewellery - your custom piece is made with respect, care & love and we keep you updated throughout the process, from receiving your order to sending it home to you.

4. Receive Your Keepsake - beautifully packaged with your authenticity certificate, excess ashes or hair,  and a  polishing cloth all packaged ecurely and returned by  royal mail tracked and signed for delivery.
