About Us

Create a truly special piece of memorial jewellery, encapsulating the ashes or hair of a loved one or encapsulating preserved breast milk to commerorate the nursing of your little one.

Your inclusions will be handled with the upmost of respect and care in throughout the process of making your special piece.

Your finished piece will be securely retuned to you, along with any remaining inclusions and a certificate of authenticity - in most cases within 7-10 days if items required are in stock. All jewellery is beautifully gift boxed and complete with polishing cloth.

If you are local to us you can arrange to drop your loved ones ashes or hair in personally and to collect your finished piece, if not, please contact us to arrange to send them to us and we will send you an inclusion pack to return them to us in.We only require a very small amount (about a teaspoon of ashes or 5ml or milk) and any excess inclusions will be returned with your jewellery.

We can send out ring sizers and little bags to return inclusions when youve ordered. If you wish to have these, please let us know

** please note Silver Dove Memorial items cannot be returned unless faulty. You are responsible for ordering your correct ring size. Orders for memorial items cannot be cancelled once the process has begun as they are custom made

Colours may differ slightly to images or to previous orders, to due to every piece being hand, custom made


** please note that 1st class signed for delivery has been removed as Royal Mail have reduced the insurance value to only £20, so the only other secure, insured option is now Special Delivery for all orders containing ashes, until such times as Royal Mail introduce their new 24 / 48 hour delivery options.

This now incurs a small additional fee for orders under £150, but for orders over £150, Special Delivery will be free




For overseas orders please contact us to send your inclusions and discuss ring sizes etc as we cannot send ashes packs / ring sizes  overseas

Items are returned over seas by International Tracked and Signed for delivery which you will be given tracking for one it has been booked.

Please note you will be responsible for any additional costs in relation to your countries rules on purchasing from the UK


Our story and the journey we've taken

Simple ordering process

  1. place your order on our website and make any bespoke selections - setting colour, visable or hidden ashes etc
  2. if youve any additional notes or requests  to discuss please leave a note in the designated box 
  3. after checkout we will send you an ashes / hair collection pack and a ring sizer if required. The box will have a return lable, please remove used stamp and cover your address with our return address. Packs can be returned with a large letter stamp or for extra peace of mind, you could return recorded delivery
  4. If ordering a ring - please let us know as soon as you know your desired ring size
  5. We will contact you when we recive your pack back safely
  6. once your order is complete we will let you know and send photos prior to returning
  7. orders will be returned by 1st Class signed for delivery with tracking or you can upgrade to special delivery at checkout (orders with a higher value will be sent by special guaranteed delivery)
  8. We will update you with your tracking info as soon as it has been booked with royal mail
