How We Make Your Jewellery 

1. Order Online - Choose your design and place your order securely through our website.

2. Send Us a Small Amount of Ashes or a Lock of Hair - We will send you a free pack to return the ashes or hair, along with a ring sizer if required.

All packs are clearly labelled and handled with the utmost care, respect, and security. Each piece is created individually, ensuring your precious ashes or hair are always handled separately and with complete dignity.

3. We Handcraft Your Jewellery - Your custom piece is carefully handcrafted with respect, care, and love. We keep you updated throughout the process—from receiving your order to completing your piece—and we’ll send you photos of your finished jewellery.

4. Receive Your Keepsake - Your jewellery will arrive beautifully packaged with an authenticity certificate, any unused ashes or hair, and a polishing cloth. Everything is securely packaged and returned via Royal Mail tracked and signed delivery.      

Contact us at any time for assistance or advice 

Your finished piece will be securely retuned to you, along with any remaining inclusions and a certificate of authenticity - in most cases within 7-10 days if items required are in stock. All jewellery is beautifully gift boxed and complete with polishing cloth.

If you are local to us you (DH9) can arrange to drop your loved ones ashes or hair in personally and to collect your finished piece, if not, please contact us to arrange to send them to us and we will send you an inclusion pack to return them to us in. We only require a very small amount (about a teaspoon of ashes or 5ml or milk) and any excess inclusions will be returned with your jewellery.

We can send out ring sizers and little bags to return inclusions when you've ordered. If you wish to have these, please let us know

** please note Silver Dove Memorial items cannot be returned unless faulty. You are responsible for ordering your correct ring size. Rings that are ordered incorrectly cannot be altered by us. Orders for memorial items cannot be cancelled once the process has begun as they are custom made. Pave stone setting jewellery items are designed for occasional wear and may not tolerate the wear and tear from daily or rough use. This can sometimes result in stone loss which is not covered by us in the event of not following the advice given.

Colours may differ slightly to images or to previous orders, to due to every piece being hand, custom made
