Once your order is placed, we’ll send you a collection pack containing:

• A pre-labelled bag for ashes or hair

• A scoop (for ashes)

• A ring sizer (if needed)

Inclusion Requirements:
Only a small scoop of ashes or a lock of hair is needed. Any unused inclusions will be returned safely with your completed order.

Production & Delivery Times

• Sterling Silver: 1–2 weeks from receiving your inclusion pack

• 9K Gold (White, Rose, Yellow): Approx. 12 weeks, as each band is custom-made before setting
