* if you are looking to place an order for multiple items or numerous family members, one kit collectively will suffice. If you send a message or add a note with approx how many items and we will advise how much to return.

Ashes (or hair) collection packs, fingerprint kits, and ring sizers are sent free of charge automatically once we receive your order. These are dispatched via tracked 48 post, so there is no need to order a kit separately if you are placing an order.

However, if you would prefer to receive your kit and ring sizer (if required) before placing your order, these can be ordered separately here. Any kits ordered prior to placing an order will be sent via 1st class post.

Each kit includes a labelled bag for returning ashes or hair, a small scoop, a cotton bag, and, where required, either a ring sizer or fingerprint kit.

Only one small scoop of ashes is required or a small lock of hair.
